NanoIndenter - NanoScratch acheté le 2009-06-01

This equipment is dedicated to measure mechanical properties of surfaces. Nanoindentation tests and nano-micro scratch tests can be performed on this device. Equipped with a environmental chamber and a heating/cooling stage, tests can be performed in a controlled environment (temperature, humidity, pressure). An optical microscope and an AFM complete this equipment to visualize test areas.
